COK764841 - Cookout lava rocks were designed to replace the set supplied in you gas barbeque.  Lava rocks are an excellent way to add flavour to your food especially red meats as the fats drip onto the hot lava rocks, which vaporises into smoke and flame giving a distinct taste to burgers and sausages.  The lava rocks also provide a barrier between the flame and the food, giving a more even heat.
